EnttäuschtLeider bin ich mit meinem Einkauf nicht zufrieden. Erstens hat der Versand ungewöhnlich lange gedauert, was bereits ärgerlich war. Zweitens entspricht die Haarfarbe nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Ich hatte mehrfach erwähnt, dass ich ein helles, aschiges Braun möchte. Stattdessen sind meine Längen dunkelbraun und aschig, während der Ansatz ein warmes Braun mit einem Rotstich aufweist. Fades and low coverageWhen new on the colour is perfect, but it fades after only a few washes. Demi permanent-soft blackI absolutely loved all the packaging, the custom shade was great, but this was my first time using a demi permanent, so maybe im just unsure of how long a demi should last, but the very first time I washed my hair, 3 days after colouring, I was almost back to the colour my hair was before coloring. I used the rest of the shampoo/conditioner that came with my kit, and only used mildly warm water. By the 2nd shampoo, the colour was completely gone from my hair. Order not receivedI still haven’t received my order. This is the second order I was forced to place, as the company withdrew the money and claimed it had already been shipped, so I was no longer able to cancel it. Now it’s been over two weeks, and the order hasn’t even been handed over to the parcel delivery company. Extremely disappointedI have been getting ready for a 2600-mile road trip to attend a huge family gathering with my family that I have not seen in years, recently I've been struggling with my hair since after 15 years of dying it black I decided to work my way back to my naturally platinum blonde hair and of course in that process I've managed to really screw up my once beautiful hair. I wanted to look presentable on this trip, so I turned to my browser for advice and ideas on what to do with my hair to make it better when I came across this website and after reading the details and taking the quiz, I had hope for my lifeless dull hair and then my package arrived in such poor condition I was actually in tears. One of the developer bottles had leaked out all over everything, the bottle looked as if it had been squeezed very hard yet it appeared to be unopened. The instructions were ruined by this and they were so stuck together it almost took ripping it in order to unfold it. Two different coloursI got my new box and only had time to color my hair now. I received two different colours, one red and one brown. Unfortunately I only picked it up a bit to late and started with the red. My grey roots is now an orange red colour while the rest of my hair is dark brown!!!
