Rubbish!Complete wrong colour , I ordered mahogany copper, when the dye was on it went dark purple when I was the dye out my hair is now a dark brown and the ends r a diffrent colour! 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

This is an unreliable product and unsatisfactory serviceI have a 6 months customer history with eSalon, time in which I was in awe of them (at start) only to be let down by both quality of product (had dye sets not covering grays) and service (unanswered outreach, delays in order processing and delivery). I have just cancelled my order and subsctiption because of delays in both order processing and shipping. I am so disappointed! Z.Zt. schlechtes FarbergebnisIch verwende schon einige Zeit das Colorset und war immer zufrieden. Jedoch nach dem vorletztem Färben werden die Grauansätze nur ganz schwach überdeckt und der gesammte Farbton ist blasser und schimmert grünlich. Was mir auch von meinem Frisör bestätigt wurde. Doesn’t cover grayThis is my second order in the last 30 days of these products the first order i left them on for 45 mins and it didn’t cover my gray so i ordered my next batch early and applied again but this time left it on my hair for an hour and it still didn’t cover my gray. Color Did not StickI asked for a color adjustment, which was done. However, the color completely washed out after letting it sit for 45mins and I am now left with a head full of gray hairs immediately after a color.
