I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!I had requested for a lighter color this time around, what u gave me was more pink hair n not copper yellow. I am TRULY embarrassed to go out with this hair color! I’m going to be wearing baseball hats for a VERY LONG TIME! What are you planning to do to fix this crap up?
