The color is absolutely perfectI love the product; esalon colorists have matched my "before-gray" beautifully. But the instructions leave a lot to be desired. No reason is given for different instructions--apparently I'm supposed to spend $20 to color just my roots, now that I've been using esalon for a year. Changes requested were perfect!My first delivery was too dark so I contacted esalon to adjust the formula. The first adjustment still had a little too much brown and purple. Nice colorI really like my color and it is easy to change when I want a bit more red or want to go more brunette. My only complaint is that it is so difficult to get off of the scalp. Best hair colorI hesitated on trying Made For You Hair color by mail but it does do a great job. My hair is in great shape.
