Worth the effortOf course this wasn't as easy as the salon I went to where I paid $250 for my grey to be covered (and they were inexpensive compared to any NYC salon)....but then, they used basically the same products (demi)....and actually took my hair color almost 2 shades darker even though I requested not. Somehow Esalon was able to match my color IDENTICALLY based on my photos, so this looks MUCH nicer than my expensive salon visit. Do I hate the time it takes?
