GreasySo this is my 3rd time coloring with Esalon, the color was better this time, not too dark but I’ve noticed that the last time and this time the products have made my hair extremely greasy. Great product. Dislike the new color bottleI love your product. Have used it for about 2 years now. You recently changed the bottle that the color concentrate ships in. It is very hard to open. There is no hand grips on the bottle lid and no barrier between the concentrate and the lid. This allows for the concentrate to leak out some and seals the lid on tighter. However, it also makes it almost impossible to get off. The last two times I have received my order. My husband has had to use pliers to open the bottle for me. This has caused the lid to break. He now knows to be careful not to spill any so as not to stain things. The old bottle at least had a barrier to help prevent the solution from leaking out. A great change from store purchased products!This is certainly a "New Age" change to have your hair color customized. They ask a good amount of questions to understand what your looking for in a hair color. This really helps to achieve the color you longed for. They are readily available if you have a question you just call the toll free number. AccessoriesThe new packaging doesn't open easily, the tear line isn't down far enough to allow the product to flow easily. I had to use scissors and didn't think to take a pair into the shower.
