Work hard to match your colorI have had bad in salon experiences. The color isn’t even close to what I want. eSalon works hard to make the color you want. Also good to get all the supplies. The only thing I don’t like is the oily texture I have for a few days after coloring. Nice shine and qualityI've been a customer for several months and the quality of the hair color is great. It's superior to typical dyes that you can get from beauty supply stores to drug stores. The tricky part is color adjustment -- its taking me a few months to determine how to achieve the shade of light ash brown with no red highlights that I want to achieve in my hair color. It takes a lot of patience and trust to keep adjusting the color as we go. So far, the color team is working to adjust my color at my request and its very gradual. Its tricky to go from red undertones (from dyes) to the blond/light brown ash undertones in the color that I seek after years of store bought dye (done over years of high end salon dyes). E salon is making it a good experience always by communicating, listening to my needs and adjusting the ash and color as we go so I can gradually achieve the shade I want. Love the color, hate the smellI love the color, dark blonde (pearl), however, the ammonia was very strong and actually left my scalp feeling irritated. This is amazing!!Remarkably easy to use, even when going solo! Easy to follow instructions and left my hair looking and feeling great. Even a Pro needs eSalonI’m a retired hairdresser that colors her hair at home. For me to buy professional hair color is a waste of product and money. Even the smallest packages expire before I can use it. And to buy over the counter is limited to color selection. I would have to buy 2-3 boxes to achieve the same color results eSalon sends me.
