If you're tired of pay over $100.00 at a salon...and wasting time in chair, this custom color set is a tremendous value. I've used this product three times and has proven to provide great natural results. Products are greatMy issue is with the shipping. It took 9 days to get to me and I had a wedding on the 10th day - so I spent 2 hours of the day before the wedding which was at my home, coloring my hair. I don't understand why it took so long.
