great colorthe color is awesome, i have only one very small tiny complaint. Good grey coverage, but doesn’t last longAfter 2nd try and timing adjustment, the grey coverage is better. I like the way of my hair feels so soft after coloring. First time colourThe order came in good time. The instructions were concise and the product easy to use. My hair was in very good condition after its use, nice and shiny, not dry like some other similar products. The end result was not as expected, I am now a lot redder than before. Nice colorI like the color. But didn’t sign up to get it all the time. I just wanted to try it for 5.95 it’s worth it. But regular price not worth it to me. Perfect colour, needs serious washing outFirst time using esalon. Very impressed with the kit contents and ease of application, although mixture slightly more runny than I’m used to, resulting in blobs around the bathroom! Final colour is exactly as I wanted. My one criticism is the level of washing it then requires to get a rather odd greasy slick out of your hair. I shampoo’d three times with shampoo sent and then my regular and I still have a strange coating on parts of my hair. That said I would use again for the fact the colour is spot on and the hair that has washed clean feels in great condition.
