Good but not great.Customer service for ordering was great but unfortunately the end result was lackluster. colour changeI wasn't happy with the grey coverage with my first order. My team made a suggestion and added an extra colour step at no charge. I love the slightly darker colour and the grey coverage was better. It lasted longer than the colour from my last salon trip.
