Product is awesome - eSalon is working on getting the color right.(Just not pleased with the color even after last request to have it changed. Not trying to be difficult... but I want an ASH BLONDE - not a yellow blonde. It's a shame, because I do like the product... but I hate the color.) To be honest and 'fair'... I am upping my rating for eSalon... I do like their product much better than Madison Reid, which I had tried before... So I want to clarify... While I have not been happy with the 'color', (too golden, not enough ash) the quality of the product is exceptional. I love that my hair is still soft after coloring.. the product itself is not harsh AT ALL on my (normally dry) hair and its smells nice. My colorist has contacted me about adjusting the color again and I will also say that they are GREAT about responding very quickly and providing good solid customer service. I really appreciate that. I've decided to give it another go, and hopefully the third run will be the charm! Haarfarbe gutÜber das Farbergebnis bin ich zufrieden. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich jedoch eine Nuance heller bevorzugen, da ich bei jeder Färbung das Problem habe, dass die Untere Haarpartie viel dunkler wird als die obere. Leider habe ich entweder auf die Barrierecreme oder auf das Haarfarbeentfernertuch allergisch reagiert. Ich weiß nicht, ob das schon öfters vorgekommen ist, bei anderen Kunden aber evtl. Easy to use - really nice colorThe kit arrived on time, was easy to set up and use and had a nice color match. My only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that I have hard to cover grey and this didn't do the trick. Some of those pesky roots still show through.
