Didn't cover my greysI only dye my hair to cover my grey roots and this didn't manage to do that despite following the instructions to the letter. Tried to go on the website and raise a query about this but the relevant section in the help page didn't work so left with writing a poor review to hopefully get some response about this. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. GrayI'm sorry to say that the color is not depositing on my hair. if it does it is just a light brown so my roots are light brown or still gray. There are also light brown bloches all over my hair. Waste of time and moneyNot only did it turn my roots orange (not the color I chose) and the rest a dark almost black, my greys aren’t covered and the 100% guarantee? Bogus! Arrived damaged…andNo complaints about esalon…love you! My box arrived with the Tint leaking. A little messy, but I could deal. But the applicator (developer) bottle had no tip on it…which I didn’t realize till I shook it together with the color! My bathroom looked like the scene from “Psycho”.
