Bye bye salonI was terrified of this product, but so depressed over the gray that I had to do something. I ordered my product, the colorist emailed me to explain the process and make sure all my questions were answered. Within three days I had my box and on Saturday I started the process. The coverage was dark as it was explained to me I could only go darker not lighter. I had to keep going at that point and followed the instructions exactly not knowing what I would get. After application, rinse, application of color enhancer and final rinse did I see my results. Spectacular! OMG! My highlights are still there and the colors yes colors, are amazing.
