Great color matchI enjoyed your product along with all of its unique packaging the quote on the box was also a sweet surprise. The problem is that I encountered is that I should have allowed the day to be in my hair a little longer due to the fact that I had gray coverage powder on my hair During the time of dying. So for that reason I believe the color coverage for my grays did not take as perfect as I wanted it too. Finally!! A color that covered my gray!I have always colored my hair but for the last 2 years, the color would not cover my gray! I changed brands and even went to a hairstylist who said she could remove the gray but $145 later it was still gray and actually worse than when I did the color. The first time I used eSalon I got the same result. It did not cover my gray!! I was so disappointed but decided to call and talk to a color specialist who asked me to send a picture of the results. Once the specialist looked at the picture and asked me a few questions, I was told they would adjust the color and send me a new free kit.
