Still not my colourThank you for taking the time to try and match my hair colour. I’ve left reviewing the last purchase to see how it turns out first. Sadly, my hair is still very red, bordering on orange. From previous experience I know this will be difficult to get rid of so I am cancelling all future orders so my hair can get a chance to grow out. Custom Color SetI am not sure why it came out really brassy right after I applied. I was late in dying my hair waited a month after I received my shipment. Did it expire on me? Now that it's been like 4 weeks since I dyed my hair, it looks horrible. It's extremely dry, brassy, and way to light as it fades. Please help me. :( 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did not contain hair colorI will be returning this shipment tomorrow for several reasons. The color was not in the box and Im pretty sure that I removed the shampoo/conditioner off of the auto ship. And the price of $54 uuhh yeah NO! A huge NO! I understand the price but if what was included in the box was correct I won't be coloring my hair no more. I realize that it kinda late as I just opened the box today. Sometimes life gets busy. I was so surprised at the way the product were just thrown in the box. Huge difference from the 1st shipment that was put together with care. I was going to color my hair tonight however that will have to wait for obvious reasons. This review is in no way reflective of my 1st use of esalon. Only for the May 25 shipment for reasons as stated above. I tried to leave a review for Mar shipment it was not offered. Update: 29 Jun 2023 response to automated reply from CS. Nobody has contacted me nor is working with me about issues stated above. I have not received any email regarding my review nor about last shipment missing the color. Does not cover gray hairThis product is probably fine if you want to use it for brightening your existing color but it DOES NOT COVER GRAY HAIR - it has also been annoying to cancel.
