Great color but....I love the color ad ease of use. However, the main reason for coloring my hair was to cover my grays. The color was great for about a week but then the grays started to show again. Love the color, free shipping drawbackI have always loved the Esalon experience. I can custom color my hair while cleaning up my home and without finding childcare. However recently they have brought up the free shipping requirement. This is making me consider another service. The other products in past I have added to get 5 dollars more to my minimum.
