Happy enough but won’t use againThe packaging was great and I liked the way it was thought out and easy to use. Stain remover worked way better than I thought it would. My color came out almost perfectly hued to what I wanted. I got the 0 ammonia so what was surprising to me was how much hair I lost in the rinse process before shampooing. It was literally about 4 times what I’d usually lose in a shower to the point where I was paranoid I’d have a bald spot or something. I left it on for 35 min and I’ve been dying my hair for 26 years with harsher stuff than this so it was surprising and maybe fine but just scared me enough I won’t be reordering. The shampoo I got was awesome and foamed up beautifully. My hair was super soft the next day but I did follow up the shampoo/conditioner with heavy K18 mask because of all the hair loss so not sure if that was from k18 or conditioner or a combo.
