Still 2 tonesI have not colored my hair in over a year. My hair was 2 different colors. I thought with having a root color and an end color this would solve my issue of having 2 colors, instead now its just a different 2 colors. Hair colorI love the color and the way it sort of covers the gray. I had another account under [email protected]. I received 1 credit before I realized that I had 2 accounts. Can I put that credit onto this account [email protected]. Also on 12/10/2020 my shipment was mailed. I never received that shipment. I called and the woman said that she would ship me a free order, that was in the middle of January. I never received the free color kit. I love the new color!I love the new brighter blonde that you mixed up. The only issue I can see, is that the sides of my hair, which is thinner on the sides, did not capture the blonde. It is not that big of a deal, and it is probably user error (me) anyways, but that was the only thing I noticed. I did not expect to receive the highlights kit because I think this color is good enough. Good qualityI loved how much product you receive, it was definitely enough for my long hair. While coloring my hair I did a very good job of making sure everything was covered but once it was finished I’m still seeing a few grays so this was disappointing since there was so much product. Excellent and pleasant serviceI would give eSalon 10 stars if I could. On placing my order, I was assigned a colourist who reviewed, based on a photo I sent and my desired look, the colour needed to achieve this. The first colour was a little too light to colour my grey roots, and when I told eSalon this, Amelia, my assigned colourist telephoned me to discuss how to rectify this. They then sent me, free of charge an adjusted colour and checked in with me to see how it worked out. I have now placed another order and we are going to tweak it ever so slightly, just to achieve perfection. If you can’t get to a hairdresser, this is the next best thing to ensure a good colour, and it doesn’t dry out your hair but leaves it shiny and glossy.
