New ReviewI recently gave 2 stars as I wasn't happy with the product. ESalon reached out and fixed my hair colour. It was much better and I wasn't charged custom fee. Helped me overcome my fear of coloring my hair!I'm a natural strawberry blonde, and over the years I had seen women attempting to dye their hair the same color as mine and they seemed to fail miserably. Never had the same tone or luster as mine, and I could spot the fake a million miles away. Anyway, now I'm pushing 40 and the grays are coming in fast and loud, and I found myself in quite a pickle. How the hell was I going to keep my color without looking clownish??? In swoops Genevieve with eSalon, and she mixed up a color that was nearly an exact match to my real color.
