Hated itApplied exactly as directed. Roots were medium reddish. Rest of hair was dark reddish almost black. Used a color lift kit to remove color afterc3 days. Did Not Completely CoverThe way my heart felt was amazing. The Color itself matched quite well. Problem is after my first wash I saw patches of grays and I can't pull my hair up once again without them being visible. One bottleWhen I went through the questionnaire I was asked what type of hair I have. I have long, thick hair. It’s comical the amount of product I was shipped and when I’ve emailed about how little the product covered my hair, they sent a ends refresh. ??? AlmostI loved the cost and ease of the hair color. It didn't take long from start to finish. The color was a little darker than my own and it didn't cover the gray as I hoped, but it could have been my application. TRES DECUEJe viens de faire ma première coloration avec vos produits. Je suis particulièrement déçue, la coloration n'a absolument pas pris sur les cheveux blancs, j'ai encore 2cm de racines avec des cheveux blancs. J'ai parfaitement respecté les mélanges, l'application et le temps de pause.
