Love this colorI have been so happy with the hair color! I color my roots, and it all blends in. The color is so rich, and I always get great compliments. Easy to do at home. My only complaint is that it can be hard to rinse out. If you do not do a rinse in the shower with the extra color watered down, then it clumps and takes a long time to get out. ... Great productI have no problem with the quality of the product. It last longer than any other product I have used. The only thing is I do not like automatic shipping I want to order each time at the time I need it. I requested to be removed form autoship and customer service did as I requested. Good color but I forgot about the chemical smellI've been using only natural hair and body products for 4 years now so I forgot how intense the fumes of hair color products can be. The color turned out very nicely and I loved all the extras like two pairs of gloves and the stain preventer gel.
