Custom roots color- time saver, high qualityI could afford to go to a salon to get my roots done, but I can't afford the time and the nuisance! Just for roots!? what a hassle. This product makes all the difference - and it's easy. Every now and then they ask for a selfie to make sure they're still on track w/color, and they send me plenty of product. I ordered some extra tools the first time around to make application a bit easier, but that was all I needed. It's not sloppy, and they give you color remover for your hair line. 1st time customer :)As with any other product I try for the first time, I wasn't sure about the results - I don't know anyone personally who's used it. Natural looking shade that was not available in the storeHair color is very natural looking. It does not fade like those for sale in pharmacy. With the directions given I found it quite easy to do myself. Ordered it delivered every five weeks but I have decided I would like to keep a backup box in case I would like to do it a week or so earlier because of a special occasion or if I need to go away before my delivery date.
