So far so amazing!I ordered after seeing a review from a blog I read. When I received my shipment I opened the box to find one of my bottles of dye had leaked all over! I sent an email not in hopes for a refund or replacement just to let them know so maybe there was a way to prevent it in the future. Well to my utter shock, they refunded and shipped me a new order! I am absolutely beyond impressed with the care this company has for its clients! When I recieved my new box I colored my hair and I will tell you my hair looks better now than when I get my hair done at the salon! First timeI love the color but my hair felt dry and brittle afterwards. And yes i followed the directions exactly. And yes I used the shampoo and conditioner included. It's extra work but well worth it!It's nice to be able to sit in a chair and have someone do all of the coloring for you, but that's the only benefit of going to a salon! Great colorI'm sorry to say this but I'm allergic to the product. I loved the color. It was super easy to use and I was a newbie to coloring my own hair. I'm so sorry I won't be able to use it again.
