2nd coloreverything was fantastic the only issue was with shipping which was no fault of yours - you shipped it on May 21 and it did not arrive until June 3rd -I called customer service on May 30th because I feared the color was lost and they were beyond helpful, understanding and pleasant - color and product great. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Love the colorI used buy a hair color product at a store when I like to skip to go a hair salon. But I have never quite happy. Would give 5 stars but you ran out of color with No idea when it is coming back.Wish you had a better system for when you run out of color. Besides getting the same message three times telling me you don't know when it will be available, I am about to give up.
