Wasn’t crazy about my color this time.I’ve been getting my hair colored there for almost a year now, and this is the first time I’ve noticed a lot of orange. Great for matching my roots to the blond highlights.I have an even all over coverage you can’t tell that it was previously highlighted. My roots were about 3 inches. The only problem I had was this color was just to dark. I thought it would be more of a medium type brown but it is a darker brown. I did call and they added a credit to my account and she gave me some tips on getting it to lighten up some so that I can dye it a lighter brown. The customer service is amazing. It was super easy to dye my hair myself took less than an hour total including processing time. Still not quite right.I have tweeked the hair color 2 times since the original order, and I just can't seem to get it right. the staff was prompt and chain doing changes no questions asked. they always sent me a note saying hey this is what we did how do you like it what's going on so their response their comments and their helpfulness is helping me decide what realistic-looking color I want. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Great coverageMy most favorite thing about the hair color aside from the gray coverage is that I don't have to worry about the color bleeding onto my clothes and bedding even when my hair is wet. . In the past I have been unable to wear white or light colors for several weeks after coloring my hair.
