Great product and results!This product came into my life at a moment in history. Felt like getting a little gift in the post! A great product, clear instructions and lovely end result. Only thing I will say is the step to wash out bowl and tip over at the end wasn't a great experience as I use a black dye and have long thick hair. The same can be achieved with dampening the hair with the shower and rubbing the colour as they do at the hairdressers. Caused a lot of mess I could have done without. My eSalon hair colorI was under the misconception that all hair coloring was basically the same. WRONG! eSalon's is easy to use, no horrible odor, and looks natural and fantastic. My hair dresser is unhappy....This covid 19 lockdown had me scrambling for decent color without going into the store. This is my 2nd order/application and my hairdresser will not be seeing me again for any coloring any time soon. Grey no more!I've got more grey hair than I care to admit and after a missed hair appointment due to Covid-19 and some serious root/grey hair issues, I was desparate to dye my hair. I've never done a DIY home job so was really apprehensive about colouring my hair at home. I did buy a well known off the shelf kit, but didn't feel comfortable using it. After plenty of research, I discovered e salon. The fact that I knew someone would mix the colour, based on very specific info I submitted ( including a photo) made me feel more confident about colouring my hair at home. The colour arrived quickly and the instructions are really clear and very easy to follow. After the patch and strand test, I was ready to take the plunge. I have to say I am really impressed with the colour! It's exactly how it would be if I had been to the hairdressers and I may just have been converted to colouring my hair at home again in future!
