Custom Color SetLove the color - gave 4 stars because it didn't cover all the gray like I expected, however I will be ordering again soon and hopefully I will be able to rate it with five stars! Toner (Developer) increaseI love the color, just need the toner to be increased to a higher volume (Developer), I think it is volume 10 (?), so maybe increase to 20?, as I am still getting hot roots, otherwise love the product. Great on greys!!Thought I would try Esalon during lockdown due to not being able to get my hair coloured at the hairdressers. I wasn’t disappointed! I thought the overall colour was a lovely brown with hints of lighter golden tones coming through, it’s turned out darker than I expected but that’s probably my fault selecting the shade incorrectly, love it anyway. Also covered my stubborn grey hair very well, there’s nothing worse than dying your hair & still be able to see hints of grey! I’m very happy with the product, packaging, instructions & service. I couldn’t be happierThe grey was showing and the salons were closed I was not going to be seen in public the way my hair was fading and then I discovered the real miracle of custom color from esalon. I’ll never go back to “normal “.
