KEEPS GRAYS AT BAYI was very skeptical and thought the price was high for this color, but so far the grays are not surfacing. It's only been 2 1/2 weeks so far, but there's not a stray gray anywhere and that's my main concern. Hit or miss.While I like that you get a colorist who helps you find the best shade for you, sometimes it's a hit or miss. My hair has gotten very light from highlighting and natural Florida sun and I find that sometime my color just comes out to dark, even when just focusing on roots. I am happy I heard about esalon, love my color and it has been very easy to useI had my hair highlighted in hopes of mixing with my gray, but it turned out very dingy and I used a brown coloring conditioner then my hair looked like a brown/army green. I heard about eSalon from the person that cuts my hair. They suggested eSalon might be able to help me with color correction. I filled out the questionnaire, uploaded pictures and ended up with a great hair color. I am still adjusting it, but the process has been easy. The videos are very helpful. Great color, love the presentationbut happy they will be more environmentally correct soon...there's far too much plastic and no one needs 2 pair of gloves. (also for me, the stain protector and remover are unnecessary...) hair is super dry after coloring, but that could be my hair. What I wantI have been dying my hair at home for quite a while. Unfortunately I started to dye it a little too dark and was not happy with the results. So when I came to E salon a colorist helped me and gave me advice on how to color my hair just at the roots for a while and it really helped.
