Love the detailGreat instructions, even a sticker to post the instructions on your mirror. Two pairs of gloves. Dye preventing and erasing gel... just in case... for your skin. I love this product and my colorI colored my hair several days after receiving the order. At first I was a bit shocked at the new blonde but it has aged extremely well and my hair is shiny (yay) and healthy. Asked for AdjustmentsI asked for a little change in my formulation and it is perfect! I have been using esalon for many years and they have always been right on point. I highly recommend Esalon. Best dye used!Including salon dye by a professional, I am quite pleased with this product. Loved it!I love the new color, my hair roots now have a warmer tone to it than what I am used to. Very happy so far! Tient dans le tempsExperience totalement sur mesure, le coloriste Thibault a ajusté la coloration par rapport à ce que je souhaitais. La couleur s'éclaircit un peu avec le temps, mais pas beaucoup.
