Good product but kinda priceyEasy to use - instructions were very simple. Like that a timer and 2 pair (instead of the usual 1 pair) of gloves and hair clips were included, and a sticker to hang the instruction sheet where it was visible at all times without having to be handled was a nice added touch. All the little extras were very nice and greatly appreciated. Arrived quickly, loved the personal (via internet) treatment. They do such a great job at ESalonAs a natural redhead who is now middle aged …. I have had a colorist mess up my hair so many times that I was finally jaded enough with EVERYTHING I’d tried at the salon to try DIY color. I thought - it can only get better than what I was doing, which was paying $225 a pop for the privilege of having a stylist turn my hair accidentally pink at every third visit. I have been impressed from the very beginning. I love esalon. This is so much more than DIY hair color in a box. They always respond to my change requests and it’s always looked fantastic.
