Hair colorHi Sarah your note said I hope you like your sizzling spicy red. And that’s what I was hoping for. Instead it’s the same formula as before. I compared the color chart from my last color with this color and both formulas were the same. My hair is the exact same color as last time. I’m so disappointed and frustrated. Please help me get back to a strawberry blonde at least that looks good on me. So glad I did this!This kit is great. The process of getting the right colour for my hair was so easy and I am so pleased with the out come. Instructions could be a little bit more specific on which bottle is which step (roots and ends) but the result has been good.
