My first order arrived damaged but customer service was able to replace the item quickly which was great! Definitely going to be sticking with this color for a while and my hair feels so healthy and fresh after coloring. I love my color!I love my new hair color. There are some spots that are more red than others. I think the body of my hair could have used more time with the dye on it rather than just coating it as I'm washing the dye out. Overall, the color is great!!
