AWFUL!The root color was darker than I asked for, but I could live with that. The "ends" color turned to glue in the shower and would not wash out! I shampooed my hair FOUR TIMES and it's STILL not out! The color on the ends turned out a greenish blackish color (when I asked for blonde with red undertones)! Seriously, what is IN this stuff?! WasteIt did absolutely nothing to my hair. I spent money for nothing more than have to fix it later on with what I was avoiding, utterly expensive hairdressers. Horrible and artificialMy color came out nothing like what was indicated. My previously dyed color is just a step lighter/brighter than natural so I thought I would try maintaining it at home - what a mistake!
