I didn't actually complete an orderI was thinking about re-ordering hair color with the company, but never actually hit the order button. I wake up the next morning to an email saying my order is being processed. Sneaky tactic to just charge someone if they have an order in their cart. I will not be ordering from you again as you do not operate with integrity. The hair color itself is fine, but not worth $25. I'm doneThis round had more red in it than my initial order, which I reviewed as having too much red in it. After consultation regarding my initial order dissatisfaction, you sent me a 100% black order, which I could not/did not use. To make up for that, you sent me this. Product burns scalpThis product burned my scalp unlike another hair color product I ordered through the mail. I purchased this product to try something different but since the product burned my scalp and the odor was overwhelming, I will not reorder and will go back to the previous company. Not as expectedWas very excited to try this but unfortunately did not live up to expectation. Made my hair very sticky even after rinsing it the 2nd time thinking it just needed more thorough rinsing. The colour was dull, compared to high street brands I've tried - no shine for some reason. When coloring hair, one of our safety recommendations referenced in our Product Safety & Usage guide (included with every hair color order) is to remove contact lenses before applying the color. However, if you must wear contact lenses and any product gets into your eyes, we advise removing your lenses before rinsing them. Hair color should not cause hair loss and we highly recommend consulting with your physician prior to coloring your hair again.
