the colour is very dull and darkthe colour outcome is very dark and dull compared to the picture of my hair I uploaded of what is is always like after I leave the hairdressers. I specifically stated that I wanted bright orange and this is not at all what my hair looks like it is a dull auburn and the slight orange tone that can be seen on the ends in the sunlight has not taken on the roots, so when my hair is up it just looks mousy brown and very boring. on the positive side the condition of my hair has not been impacted and the tint rinse makes my hair shiny but I am not at all satisfied with the colour :( 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

really bad colourI asked for a color change and I got the same again. so I wont be ordering again. Asked for less brown and more red and copper, didn't happen. ZERO grey coverageAbsolutely ZERO grey coverage. Will not buy again, very upset. Wanted to color my hair to cover my grey before my wedding, selected a color to match my natural color which happens to be darker than my previously colored hair... Not recommendMy hair is coming out in clumps after using this!!!!! Cancelled immediately and do not recommend. Update: to make the extreme hair loss even worse, the color (which looked great afterwards) has no faded into some awesome hot roots!!!! Even using the tint rinse, it did nothing. DisappointedDissatisfied I order a bottle refresher along with my root touch up and the refresher did not do anything for my hair and I end up with a hot root and yes I did follow up the proper steps this is not the first time u use e color although I was offer a credit for the refresher that did not work for my hair I end up having a 2 color tone on my hair that can only be corrected professionally because e salon couldn’t do any formula to match my hair 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
