Roots OnlyColor really poorly done: very, very brassy and red. Wish I had gone to the salon. I wanted to darken my hair from light blonde to medium blonds - closer to my natural dark blonde color, but they sent a roots only kit. Not what I wanted at all. Color did nothing!I applied my color and it didn’t change anything. Very disappointed since it didn’t even color my grays that were coming out. Very much disappointing. I ended up putting a L’Oréal color on and it colored my hair as I wanted... Not sure what happened with the E salon color. This was my first ever order, as well. Update 3/8/21 Thank you, I do see now where you are allowing myself to reorder a new color for free. I thank you so much!
