If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. AwfulI wanted lighter blonde hair than what I have, this Turned my virgin blonde hair strawberry blonde! Super unhappy. I also ordered this because it said it didn’t have a harsh chemical smell but it definitely did. Ok but not so great resultsLovely packaging and kit, clear instructions. However, colour isn't what I wanted, it has much more of a red/plum hint (I wanted a natural colour). And it hasn't covered the greys! I don't have many, a smattering at each temple, but this is the first colour that hasn't even attempted to colour them. And as the colour is darker than my natural hair, they stand out more.... Colour has evened out a little, but neither stage appeared to have taken particularly well. For a semi permanent colour, that is said to be a tailored colour. Not sure I agree with that. I can achieve a more natural, grey coverage, even and tonal colour from a box dye picked up for less than £8. One step, no mess.
