LieferungMeine erste Lieferung war mit Farbe verschmiert, sieht aus als seien die Flaschen offen. Ich bin sehr enttauscht und weiss jetzt auch nicht ob man es noch so benutzen kann. Habe auch sehr lange fuer die extra kosten auf die Lieferrung warte muessen. Nach einer Woche war das Ersatz Color Set angekommen. Disappointed with the out come of the colourNot happy with the colour that has come out. It’s made my hair jet black and I ordered golden brown. The only reason I ordered online was due to the star reviews this website had. HorribleThe colorist took it upon herself to change my color. Extremely unhappy especially since it came out purple! They are sending some fix, but the simple fact I have to reprocess my hair horrible! Not a fan this timeI love esalon normally, my last color I received, I wasn’t happy at all. It didn’t cover my gray to good. I have been coloring my hair for years and my Daughter is a hairstylist so I know what I’m doing. I thought this would cover more gray.
