Is a computer customizing my color?Apparently when my color was corrected they failed to pay attention to the fact that I wanted GOLDEN tones! I specifically stated GOLD tones. The first color gave me reddish tones. It said Gold on the bottle. The corrected color is too dark and has zero gold tones in it and now I look like Elvira! It’s so dark it’s blue. They made it darkest brown and ash. It said it shld have 2 bottles each of color and developer. It had one of each. I don’t know how you can mess up something like this. If you couldn’t give me gold tones then tell me. Don’t just send me something else. I’m so pissed because I have a family funeral to go to in a few days and will be seeing family I haven t seen in years and I look washed out bc the color is so flat and dark. Terrible. Awful, second attempt and still awfulI wanted Irish Redhead bright colour. Ordered from e-salon twice. First time after following all instructions to the letter, the colour was light brown at the top and no colour on the lengths. I emailed to cancel he subscription. We spoke and I send pictures of the colour I wanted to the support team who persuaded me to try again. This time it was a fiasco again with boring dull medium brown all over. Cancelling the subscription and very happy to see my hairdresser tomorrow. Although as I only did the colour yesterday I won’t be able to change it for the next few weeks. Very disappointed. I am used to dying my hair and get better results and hair quality after colouring from L’Oréal hair products. Less than desirable results.This coloring took a long time and it had quite a few steps. Especially when the results were below desirable. I did not understand why I shampooed and conditioned my hair after coloring it. I truly believe that rinsed out most of the coloring in my hair. Some of it is dark but there is not any hint of blue at all. As a matter of fact it has my natural hint of red. The gray hair in the front did not fully dye. I have bought boxes from Walmart that dyed better than this one. So now I am stuck with gray and I can't dye again for a while. Enttäuscht1. Man erkennt, wo der Nachwuchs gefärbt wurde. Diese Stellen sind dünkler. (ist nicht sooo tragisch, aber ist bei anderen Farben nicht so- eher heller) 2. Die Farbe hat in den Längen nicht so gut gegriffen,.. überhaupt die letzten 20 cm bis zu den Spitzen fast gar nicht. Sieht etwas "ausgewaschen" aus ... wirkt nicht frisch bzw. dadurch sogar lasch ... also der Glanz fehlt, welcher im oberen Bereich schon besser ist. 3. Insgesamt hat die Farbe, für MEINEN Geschmack zu wenig Kupferanteil,.. 4. Der Geruch ist eher unangenehm ... beim Auftragen wie nach dem Waschen- sehr stark, lässt aber nach, wenn man Pflegemittel (zb Haaröl) rein tut. 5. Schampoo/Conditioner ,viel zu wenig beigelegt - für längeres Haar braucht's mehr Werde sehen, wielange sich die Farbe hält ... hab mir aber auch für die Längen/Spitzen "Tinte Rise" bestellt, vielleicht wird dies damit besser?! Je nachdem, wieviele Waschgänge die Farbe nun durchhält,.. folgt ein Update. Insgesamt bin ich eher enttäuscht, wohlwissend, dass Kupfertöne schwerer zu Färben sind,.. aber man hat halt so seine Erfahrungen bzw. Vorstellungen mit denen man leben kann/möchte oder eben nicht. Did not cover my gray, made my roots pinkThe color was supposed to be a neutral dark blond to cover my roots and gray. My color came out pinky-copper and warm. It clashes with the rest of my hair color. None of my gray was covered. I now have to get my hair professionally fixed.
