Utter disappointmentI filled out the colour questionnaire and sent in my photo - selecting a medium blonde colour for my medium/light brown./auburn hair. I was so excited, I have been wanting to update my colour for a while now and go lighter for summer. I ordered with a special offer of 2 packs of colour for 10 euros and thought I was #WINNING. However, you can imagine my disappointment that the product took almost 2 weeks to arrive, then when I used the first bottle, making sure I followed all the instructions, washed it out and dryed my hair, there was ZERO change. I tried the second bottle, again following all instructions only to come with the same result, No change in my hair colour. I still have medium/light brown./auburn hair. I remember reading while I was doing the questionnaire and sending in my photo that if the colourist thought there would be an issue with the chosen shade, they would get in touch, nobody did so I was expecting to get my lovely medium blonde hair. Left hair feeling softSent me 2 packages for my long hair which was great but took my sister 2 hours too apply so I recommend dying sections at a time because it's only supposed to stay on the hair for like 15-30 minutes!! Oops 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Première commande jamais reçuImpossible de vous dire si le produit répond aux attentes car je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu et j'ai passé commande le 05/05 pour une livraison estimée au 11/05/21. Nous sommes le 17/05 soit 12 jours après et toujours rien ... il faut croire que la repousse peut attendre. On the fence!I want to like this product but so far I’m on the fence about it. Color is beautiful but it does not stay long on gray hair. Some of it fades to gray, some fade to gold. Flat non-deminsionable colorI had my friend who used to work in salon, help me with my coloring. We followed the directions to a T. My hair is a very flat dark brown. Not all it’s cracked up to beDuring the pandemic i was looking for a way to manage my greys while my hair stylist was unavailable due to reoccurring lockdowns. Then, I stumbled on esalon and figured I’d hit the jackpot - affordable haircare that wouldn’t kill my hair like drugstore dye. I really wanted to love this product, but I just didn’t. I picked a subtle purple because I’m WFH and figured I could experiment. The colour I got was nothing like I ordered... in fact, while it did dye my bathroom purple, it left my hair more of an auburn red. Thought the purple tint rinse would help, but it didn’t. When I contacted esalon to cancel my subscription they offered to send me a revised custom colour at no cost... I still wanted to love them so I gave it a shot. Unfortunately, same result :( not even a hint of purple. Plus, now that it’s been about 4 weeks I’m noticing how bad it fades... I’d honestly rather have greys poking out than what I’ve been left with.
