Good product but not life changing!I've been using esalon for the past year and a half and I'm realizing that the real difference between esalon and otc hair color is the color choice or the ability to tweak your color and that's it. I think I'm going to go back to my Loreal color only because I think paying $11 instead of $32 (with shipping) is better for me since I really never saw a difference. I recently made a change to my color so I will keep that order going but I think it's time to cancel. Also when I requested my color change it took 5-7 days to get a response. Very disappointedI was very disappointed with the way my hair turned out. I ordered light blond beige so it was supposed to be "light blond" but when I dyed my hair it turned brown. Color is too darkColor received is too dark red not medium copper brown. Did adjust color twice. First order turned my golden brown hair Black. Second order resulted in a deep dark black red.
