1/3 of bottle of colour was spilled all over the contents of the boxI would like to be reimbursed for my last order that was received much later than scheduled and 1/3 of colour in the bottle had spilled throughout the contents in the box. I demand a refund of my money.I explicitly asked last time for NO RED and as you can see in the picture, this is the MOST REDDISH color I have ever had, which is really annoying. this time did not work wellI was usually very happy with my hair color but before last order did provide very extensive explanation on what change has been done to my hair (ombre) and that I would like a little help on finding the right color. I haven't received any answer.
