Half of my hair fell outWhile doing my final rinse with the leftover color for shine in the shower, my hair just started coming out in clumps! I lost about half of the density of my hair and it continues to fall out all day every. Hair came out orange...My virgin level 6 hair came out orange after using a level 8 ash copper blonde dye... I thought the formula would be more ash to offset the copper but it clearly was not... I followed the directions to the T and have colored and even bleached my hair on my own at home for years before trying out E salon thinking it would be a product I could trust...
