Not sure they understand the greying customerNot as happy with my last 2 colours so not sure if I will use again. A little disappointedI had a lot of root touch up to do and I finally had a chance to use my first box of esalon colour. The colour is good however, the greys around my face were not covered. It is not terrible but I usually don't have this type of grey showing for four or five weeks. The disappointment is that I just did my hair today and it looks like I need my hair coloured, especially arround my face. I am going to give it one more try.
