Color doesn't stayThis hair dye is honestly so beautiful for the first 2 weeks. I feel like I just walked out of a hair salon after using this product. The only thing is that the color doesn't stay. Repeatedly requested a lighter shadeI am very unhappy. 3xs i requested a lighter color. The color was adjusted but i was only instructed to color my roots. My hair NEVER got any lighter. Complained multiple times!!!!! Ready to cancel my account!!!! Paid 3xs for a color i am not happy with!!!!! They claim to give you your money back if your not happy yet i cant even get someone to contact me. Dont waste your time and definafely dont waste your money Still unhappy with my color. No changeDemi-permanent didn’t change my hair colour. I provided pictures and was very clear about what I wanted and have achieved that colour using a simple gloss or henna before.
