Be CarefulI recently had an awful and scary moment with this hair dye while touching up my roots. This product not only heat up so that it was very warm by the time that I was on the tail end of my root touch up, but it exploded while I was waiting for my hair dye to set, and my scalp got burnt in the process. Not only did the product not dye my roots, but it lifted my natural hair color and left me with an irritated scalp and horrible hot roots. When I called customer service and spoke to two different women, they each refused to acknowledge that their product was faulty and didn't seem interested in seeing the pictures I have; they didn't even acknowledge that I had mentioned pictures. They kept repeating that they'd never heard of such a thing and wondered if I'd had an allergic reaction. The product exploded for heaven's sake! They never even offered a refund, just a new mixture that was "more gentle and darker, to fix my hot roots." So I am now left with hot roots and a mixture that is not my normal hair color, and I'm supposed to navigate and fix this situation on my own? This is completely outrageous. After leaving customer feedback, I never heard anything back. I would never use this dye again or recommend anyone else use it. It works okay, nothing special, but you will be on your own if you have a real issue. This company does not stand behind its product. They never really got the colour rightDespite multiple comments and changes, they could never get the colour right. The first box was good, everything else was very bland and flat. Nicht das gewünschte FarbergebnisWollte ein Kupfergold, geworden ist es ein Mahagonirot... Keine Spur von Gold drin. Die zwei Sterne sind für den Preis (erste Lieferung) und die Haare glänzen schön... Ansonsten stimmt das Farbergebnis nicht mal annähernd mit der ausgesuchten Haarfarbe lt. colour did not come out as describledwas given "medium chocolate brown" and the colour came out practically matching my old auburn hue. I told family members I was trying esalon and the next time they saw me they said I thought you were moving away from reds. It looks the same as before except no roots.
