I had to cut my hair to start newProduct is too rich in ammonia. In my opinion this product is perhaps too strong to be handle at home and I doubt to be handle in a hair salon. After two times that I used it, Ian’s reading all the reviews, the product left my hair all a dry and burned looking. I had to go to a profesional to cut it very short. I want to warn people who is using it. Does not cover your roots entirely either even if choose I darker tone on your roots. Frankly speaking they should remove this item from the market. The advertisement keeps popping out for me to get one free after the purchase of 10. Well, if I would have done that I would had probably would had lost all my hair by now. Depressing experience. I will take this formula to an expert and see if there is someone I could go to escalate this matter and see what happens. In the meantime I will keep cutting it short and wait a few years to regrow.
