My roots are a different colour after dying to my hairHi, I ordered your dye for Dark Brown with Copper and my roots have come out a different colour to my hair! Not cool. Be CarefulI recently had an awful and scary moment with this hair dye while touching up my roots. This product not only heat up so that it was very warm by the time that I was on the tail end of my root touch up, but it exploded while I was waiting for my hair dye to set, and my scalp got burnt in the process. Not only did the product not dye my roots, but it lifted my natural hair color and left me with an irritated scalp and horrible hot roots. When I called customer service and spoke to two different women, they each refused to acknowledge that their product was faulty and didn't seem interested in seeing the pictures I have; they didn't even acknowledge that I had mentioned pictures. They kept repeating that they'd never heard of such a thing and wondered if I'd had an allergic reaction. The product exploded for heaven's sake! They never even offered a refund, just a new mixture that was "more gentle and darker, to fix my hot roots." So I am now left with hot roots and a mixture that is not my normal hair color, and I'm supposed to navigate and fix this situation on my own? This is completely outrageous. After leaving customer feedback, I never heard anything back. I would never use this dye again or recommend anyone else use it. It works okay, nothing special, but you will be on your own if you have a real issue. This company does not stand behind its product.
