Supposed to be dark brown, left with black hair! update: after 3 weeks brownUpdate: After three weeks the colour is at it is supposed to be. It is not fading down, so I suppose it is a good dye. The company did offer me return of money and also send me a treating mask. I will not risk again, but overall the product is not as bad as I thought at first time. I bought the dark brown kit. I did everything as I was supposed to do. Unfortunately, my hair isn't brown at all. They are almost black on the tip, with a reddish undertone, and at the end, they are jet black! I did consult with the salon colourist, she suggested that I need to wait few weeks, the colour will wash, also can buy colour removal or go-to salon. I must go to the salon as I cannot walk with two colour hair! I feel really bad. She also said that the next order will be free. No next order for me. Don't want to get another yet black hair! Overall, I must say that the box looked really great, but it doesn't change anything. Now I will have to spend £200 on colour removal and new colouring in the salon .
