Roots were not covered.I loved the color and the pachaging is beautiful, but I was disappointed. I followed the instructions very carefully put my roots were not covered. The back roots were only blended and the hairline gray was pretty obviously still gray. I need either instructions on longer timing or another formula. Wrong colorI sent a picture of the color I wanted and after coloring my hair it was no where near the color I requested. I sent an email with pictures of what I requested and how my hair turned out and I still have not heard back from my colorist. Dried out hairMy hair felt great after the first two times and then it started to have that really dried out, hard feel to it. My ends split and really soaked up the pigment and became too dark. I needed almost 2” cut off and I’m letting it grow! There is also a really strong odor of ammonia with this color, thus the drying out of my hair issue. I don’t blow dry my hair and rarely do I use any type of heat styling. I have naturally “beachy” type waves. Ne tiens pasLe concept est top, malheureusement la couleur dégorge encore après 4 lavages et au final ne tien pas. Je vois toujours mes cheveux blanc après le 1 et lavage. J’avais pris violet comme couleur, je ne vois pas du tout le violet .. trop peu de dose malgré qu’on m’en ai renvoyé une, on m’a renvoyé la même dose donc je ne l’utiliserais même pas si non je dois en recommander une autre pour pouvoir faire tout mes cheveux.
